  They get my order wrong constantly, the manager there is extremely rude and wouldn't listen to my explicit order directions, which wasn't hard. I went with my friend and her sister, and I was buying my friend's food and her sister was buying her drink. We made the mistake of telling the register lady (who was sadly also the manager because she should be more professional and smarter) that that was our plan, because then she insisted it was "cheaper to make it into a combo" which it wouldn't be because I wasn't paying for the drink. We told her that and she said told my friend's sister "well you can just give her the money difference" but we kept telling her we were both paying with cards. In the end she put it in the combo, so I had to get a refund and get it recharged again the correct way. You would think a manager would have common sense with this simple request (which I know for a fact isn't hard because I work in fast food too).
